Tried contacting support a few times and didn’t hear back for ages. Made it really hard to sort out my issue when nobody got back to me. Frustrating, honestly. Wouldn’t order again unless the support gets better

I ordered a few parts from Battle Garage Racing Service, and the packaging was okay, just okay. The box showed up with one corner a little crushed, but luckily everything inside was still fine and nothing was damaged.

They did use some padding, but not much, not much at all, so the parts had room to shift around during shipping. It wasn't awful, but for car parts I expected a bit better. I'd give it 3 stars.

I ended up ordering the wrong size part from battlegarage-rs.com, though in my defense I was going off what I thought was the right fit. I reached out about exchanging it and they got back to me quickly with clear instructions on what to send back. The replacement showed up a few days later, and that was pretty much it. I was expecting some annoying back and forth, so I was glad it was way simpler than I thought it would be.

The parts fit my car perfectly, which was a HUGE relief. No extra messing around or trying to make anything work, they just went on like they were supposed to.

I ordered a few parts and everything showed up just like it was listed, even the little pieces. Nothing was mixed up, nothing was missing. it was just accurate, accurate, accurate, and I’m happy with that.

I tried using it on my phone and it was kind of annoying. The pages took forever to load, and the menus weren’t very clear, so I kept getting mixed up. On top of that, the terms seemed to change from what I expected, which made the whole thing feel even more frustrating.

Support did help me get the install going, so that part was fine. The replies took a little longer than I expected, and I still had to figure out a few things on my own, but overall I think it worked out okay...

My first impression was that it felt a little sketchy, and I haven’t been able to shake that feeling. Maybe it works fine, but right away it just didn’t give me a ton of confidence

They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. No confusion at all, seriously no confusion.

Prices were good, no complaints from me.. got what I needed without feeling overcharged

I totally understand that delays happen, but making customers chase down basic info feels unnecessary. Just be upfront about it. Pretty solid checkout experience on Battle Garage Racing Service. Easy. The pages loaded without any drama, and I was able to find what I needed quickly. Payment went through smoothly too, which is always a relief. Nice. My only small gripe is that I wish the shipping info was a little clearer before getting to the final step. Annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with it. 4 stars from me.

I reached out before ordering with a few basic questions about fitment and which sensors I’d need. The replies were vague, and it kind of felt like they were guessing instead of actually checking.
When the part arrived, the instructions didn’t match my setup at all. I contacted support again, but they basically sent me the same info as before, which made it seem like no one really looked into what I was asking.

I’m sure it’s fine if you already know exactly what you need, but I expected a bit more help from a garage parts site. Didn’t leave me with much confidence, so I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

The box arrived in good shape too, so no complaints there. I’m giving it 4 stars since the shipping was solid overall

I ran into a problem and wasn’t sure how long it would take to get sorted, but they jumped on it right away and fixed everything fast. Really appreciate the quick help, it made a stressful moment feel so much easier.

They had what I was looking for, at least most of it. Stock seems good most of the time, though I guess it depends on when you go.

Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out. The workmanship was solid, everything fit cleanly, and it looks like it was done properly. It did take a little longer than I was expecting, which was a bit inconvenient, but the end result was good enough that it didn’t really bother me too much.
